Flocké by 3-G Mermet PVC-free fiberglass base material from one of Europe’s premier weavers. 42% fiberglass, 51% acrylic, 7% titanium oxide. White acrylic backing. Room side of fabric has a soft woven finish, unlike most blackout fabrics. Anti-static treated. Perfect for areas requiring opaque shades with an elegant look. Rot proof. Opaque. Average, 14.75 oz./sq. yd., .021" thick. 78" roll width. Fire rating: NFPA-701, both small- and large-scale tests

Obion by 3-G Mermet Room darkening fiberglass base material. Looks similar to Flocké, but with a softer feel. 72% fiberglass, 24% acrylic, 4% cotton flocked backing. Anti-static treated. Rot proof. 1% open, but the look of an opaque material. 10 oz./ sq. yd., .018" thick. 78" roll width. Fire rating: NFPA-701, both small- and large-scale tests, TM#1 / California U.S. Title 19 .

SheerWeave® Series SW2000/2100 by Phifer Fiberglass yarns, 500 denier, coated with sun-resistant PVC vinyl. 37% Fiberglass, 63% vinyl on fiberglass. Non-directional fabric; 2 x 2 basketweave; washable and flame retardant. Openness 5% and 10% respectively. Average 13.6 oz./ sq. yd., .019" thick. 72" and 96" roll widths. Fire rating: NFPA-701-1999TM#1 (small scale), NFPA 101 (Class A Rating), UBC (Class 1), ASTM-G21 and STTM-G22.

SheerWeave® Series SW2400/2900/2600 by Phifer PVC coated fiberglass, woven into a full basketweave designed expressly for those applications which require a more opaque and nondirectional fabric. 35% fiberglass, 65% vinyl on fiberglass. Openness 3%, 5% and 10% respectively. Average 11.25 oz./ sq. yd., .017" thick. 63" and 98" roll widths. Fire rating: NFPA-701

SheerWeave® Series SW7000 by Phifer is woven from 100% polyester with an acrylic foamed backing (PVC-free). It is uniquely designed to provide total light blockage when complete room darkening is needed. With a broad range of decorator colors and the look and feel of rich cloth, Style 7000 will enhance the beauty and function of any room.

EcoVeil™ is a non-PVC screen cloth, with healthful properties. Constructed in the same manner as ThermoVeil®, a core of TPO (Thermoplastic Olefin) fiber filaments with a TPO coating, EcoVeil™ has similar characteristics to ThermoVeil®, plus the added benefit of being very environmentally friendly.

Equinox™ 0100 Series Blackout ShadeCloths are an elegant woven fiberglass shadecloth with opaque acrylic backing that is appropriate for multi-media area functions. Equinox 0100 Series provides thermal insulation and opacity at the window wall. Washable* surface, flame retardant and fade resistant.

Equinox™ 0600 Series MirroFilm is a transparent, light filtering and heat insulating material, consisting of layers of tinted and clear polyester film with a deposit of pure reflective aluminum in the core. MirroFilm can be used on DualShades® to create a two-layer insulating roller shade ideally suited to clear tinted or H.A. glass conditions. Washable* and fade resistant.

Equinox™ 0700 Series Blackout ShadeCloths are an opaque vinyl/fiberglass/vinyl laminated shadecloth that is appropriate for multi-media area functions. 0700 Series provides insulation and opacity at the window wall. Washable surface*, flame retardant and fade resistant.

Equinox™ 0900 Series is a tightly woven translucent shadecloth in a linear weave. 0900 Series features privacy screen cloth which allows light in from the outside while maintaining privacy day and night.*

Equinox™ 3000 / 3200 / 3300 Series
The 3000, 3200 and 3300 Series are a reversible texture weaves with alternating predominant color in the warp and fill (front & back). All of the standard 3000, 3200 and 3300 weaves are available in either the satin weave or the diamond weave. Minimum yards 250 Linear Yards ±10% or 250 Linear Yards +20%.
